Agreement and eligibility
By registering an AW33 account you accept these terms. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are acting on your own behalf and not for a third party, and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and current.
It is your responsibility to understand the laws that apply where you live before using the service. AW33 provides the platform; it does not provide legal advice about your personal circumstances. Access may be restricted from territories where the operator does not offer services.
Your account
One account per person, per household, per device and per payment instrument. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated bonus value removed. Accounts are personal and non-transferable — you may not sell, share or lend access.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity carried out under your login. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. AW33 may request identity, address and payment ownership documents at any point, and may pause account activity until verification is complete.
Deposits, withdrawals and currency
All balances are held and displayed in NPR. Deposits must come from a payment method held in your own name; third-party funding is not accepted. Minimum and maximum transaction values, along with any processing fees applied by your wallet or bank, are shown in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawals are returned to the method used for deposit wherever the provider allows it. Payouts are released after verification checks and after any outstanding wagering requirement is cleared. Processing times depend on the payment provider and on banking hours, which may extend around public holidays such as Dashain and Tihar.
Funds deposited must be wagered a reasonable amount before withdrawal. Accounts used to move money without genuine play may be reviewed and charged the costs incurred.
Bonuses and promotional terms
Each promotion carries its own terms, which are displayed before you opt in and which take precedence over general bonus rules where they conflict. Typical conditions include a wagering multiplier, a maximum stake while bonus funds are active, a maximum withdrawable amount and an expiry date.
Bonus abuse — including low-risk or opposing betting patterns designed to clear wagering without genuine exposure, coordinated multi-account activity, or exploiting a pricing or software error — will result in the forfeit of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. AW33 may withdraw a player's access to promotions while keeping the underlying account open for ordinary cash play.
Bets, settlement and errors
A bet is accepted when it appears as confirmed in your bet history. Bets placed on obviously incorrect odds, on events already decided, or during a technical fault may be voided and stakes returned. Settlement follows the official result published by the governing body of the competition; subsequent appeals or disciplinary changes do not alter settled markets.
Abandoned, postponed or rescheduled fixtures are handled according to the sport-specific rules in the sportsbook section, including the treatment of rain-affected cricket matches and revised targets. Casino rounds interrupted by a disconnection are resolved by the game provider's recorded outcome.
Closure, changes and governing terms
You may close your account at any time through the account area or by contacting support; any withdrawable balance will be returned after standard checks. AW33 may suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or where required by a regulator or payment partner.
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced on the site and, where appropriate, by email. Continuing to use AW33 after an update constitutes acceptance. Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over and should never be treated as a source of income.
